Attended His Majesty’s the King's Speech and the State Opening of Parliament which set out our programme of change for the British people.
Held meetings with businesses who are leading investment in Net Zero Teesside.
Met with the Minister responsible for levelling up, keeping the pressure on, especially regarding Eston & Redcar.
Engaged with UKSteel to discuss government support for British steel and the potential for bringing electric arc furnaces to Teesside.
Visited No. 10 Downing Street to meet with the Prime Minister and the new Cabinet.
Supported my local Teesside colleagues in delivering their fantastic maiden speeches.
