Supporting Teesside Hospice: My Charity of the Year for 2025

As your MP, I am deeply committed to supporting great local charities that provide vital help to people in times of need. Each year, I select a ‘Charity of the Year’ to champion, and I am delighted to announce that for 2025, I will be supporting Teesside Hospice.

Teesside Hospice does incredible work, transforming lives across our region by supporting individuals and families affected by terminal illness. Their compassionate care brings comfort and peace during the most challenging times.

This cause is especially close to my heart, as they cared for a dear friend of mine last year, ensuring his final weeks were as peaceful as possible. Many constituents have also shared with me how much they and their loved ones have benefited from the hospice’s care, both in their facilities and through their community and home support.

Throughout 2025, I will be undertaking a number of challenges and events to raise funds and awareness for Teesside Hospice. I’m excited to announce that I’ll be taking on a challenge every month, with details of the first event coming very soon!

I am incredibly grateful for any support you can provide. Every contribution will make a difference in helping this amazing organisation continue their vital work.
