On Friday i had the privilege of visiting Zoe's Place Baby Hospice in Normanby, which has been a beacon of hope for so many families and their little ones for 20 years. A heartfelt thank you to the dedicated team for showing me their state-of-the-art sensory and soft play rooms and for discussing the challenges they face.
It was great to see the Variety Bus that I helped secure when I was MP previously is still being put to great use transporting children and families around the community.
Hospices like Zoe's Place are vital, providing essential respite, palliative, and end-of-life care to babies and children with life-limiting conditions. Their support extends to families across Teesside, offering counselling and bereavement services during the most challenging times.
