PLEDGE DELIVERED - Free Parking Returns to Redcar High Street.

I am pleased to announce that I have fulfilled my one of my campaign pledges - namely to reintroduce free parking to Redcar High Street and Station Road.

After bringing our petition to the Council and after discussions they have listened to us Residents and we have managed to achieve one hour of free parking on the High Street and Station Road. Thank you all for your hard work in bringing this about.

Please rest assured, I would like to see improved parking access around the town and across Redcar and Cleveland and this announcement is not where this campaign should end. However I do hope that now this is in place we will see more people down the town supporting our amazing local businesses.

Please share so residents know that we are bringing back free parking, starting from the 29th of July, so they can pop down to the town and support our local businesses.
